Delivery Policy
Most of our products can be delivered the same day. In order to ensure same day delivery, please make sure to place your order before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday and before 12:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day, depending on the number of orders received.
We might not be able to determine the exact delivery time, by the minute, because of traffic and other reasons that might occur; however, we will do our best to ensure the exact time.
To help you assure on time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays:
- Christmas
- Valentine’s
- Mother’s Day
- Ramadan
Delivery fees vary depending on recipient address location. We advise you to group your items in one order to decrease the shipment price. We cannot group two disctinct orders placed seperately, and shipping fees will apply to each one of them.
Before delivering any order we contact the recipient to make sure he is present at the time of deliver.
Thus Le Lilas Flower Lounge is not responsible for:
– Flowers, plants, and other perishable items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
– Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
– Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
– Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
