How does it work?

Loyalty Program is especially conceived for our Loyal Customer. It is free to join and it’s a great way to get something back – simply by purchasing at www.lelilasflowerlounge.com website

How do I collect points?

For every dollar spent on a arrangement/flower bouquet bought on lelilasflowerlounge.com website, loyalty program members will receive one point (ie: $1= 1 point).

When the total points gathered reach $500, customers will be emailed a coupon worth $25 toward their next purchase. 

What else Reward cards got to offer?

Loyalty program customers will have access to special deals, promotions and discounts. Consumers will also receive sneak previews of new products along with exclusive discounts.

What is the double point system?

With double point system, customers can collect two points for every ONE DOLLAR spent on flowers. Customers can benefit from this offer twice per year in January, and April.

Terms and Conditions

1. Loyalty program is conducted by Le Lilas Flower Lounge which reserves the right to alter, limit or modify program rules, regulations, rewards, reward levels or to terminate the loyalty program at any time, at its discretion.
2. Loyalty program points are nontransferable and cannot be used by another cardholder. Only one named cardholder is allowed per account.
3. When a purchased item on which points were earned is returned to the place of purchase for any reason, its purchase points will be deducted from the account to which the points were credited.
4. Points gathered can be redeemed during one full year, after the date of expiration the points gathered will be automatically deducted from the account
5. Points cannot be redeemed for cash
