How it works


A- Placing an order: To start placing an order, you must go to a specific category and choose the specific product and how you would like to customize it. Once you have selected from the preferences, click Add to Cart. Your gift bouquet will be stored in your personal shopping cart, and you can either continue browsing by clicking on Return to Shopping or proceed to Checkout…


B-Done Shopping? If yes then click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top right of the page and proceed to Checkout. If this is your first purchase, you will be asked to provide your email and create a password; or else you will have to only provide your password in order to proceed.


C-Receiver’s delivery information: Now you will be asked to enter the address for delivery of the receiver, including the full name, street and phone number (which will be used in case the receiver was not home) in addition to the message you want to convey.


D-Billing information: After having provided all of the address information, you will be asked to provide the credit card number and other information with it. All the information that is provided by you to Le Lilas is safe and encrypted and will not be read by anyone other than the person in charge.


E-Review your order: If you are happy with your order after reviewing it, click submit order and we will receive it and work on delivering it on time.


F-Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent to your email addresses stating all the information entered.


G- Substitution: All of our product images are in house creation thus we guarantee almost complete replication of the item you have chosen unless it is out of season. However the size and the shape shall remain the same


H: Cancelling and changing orders: e sincerely apologize for not being able to cancel or change orders already in process; same-day delivery orders, and others scheduled for that day. A full refund is provided for orders cancelled more than 48 hours prior to delivery, otherwise the full amount will be charged or kept as credit on a case-by-case basis.

 Delivery Policy

 

 

Most of our products can be delivered the same day. In order to ensure same day delivery, please make sure to place your order before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday and before 12:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day, depending on the number of orders received.

We might not be able to determine the exact delivery time, by the minute, because of traffic and other reasons that might occur; however, we will do our best to ensure the exact time.

To help you assure on time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays:

 

  1. Christmas
  2. Valentine’s
  3. Mother’s Day
  4. Ramadan

 

Delivery fees vary depending on recipient address location. We  advise you to group your items in one order to decrease the shipment price. We cannot group two disctinct orders placed seperately, and shipping fees will apply to each one of them.

Before delivering any order we contact the recipient to make sure he is present at the time of deliver.

Thus Le Lilas Flower Lounge is not responsible for:

– Flowers, plants, and other perishable items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.

– Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.

– Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.

– Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
